Explore The Planets on the Big Screen with the TSO

The stars have aligned for a special Tucson Symphony Orchestra presentation of Gustav Holst’s musical tour de force and one of the most popular orchestral pieces ever written, The Planets, on Friday, October 21 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, October 23 at 2:00 p.m. at the Tucson Music Hall. Mei-Ann Chen conducts the TSO in The Planets on the Big Screen, with a newly developed visual accompaniment by Adrian Wyard, produced in collaboration with the University of Arizona’s Dr. Peter Smith, principal investigator for the Phoenix Mars Mission.

TSO, Marshall Foundation Launch TEAMtix for Students

The Tucson Symphony Orchestra with support provided by the Marshall Foundation is launching TSO TEAMtix so middle and high school band, orchestra and choir students can attend performances this season for free. The Marshall Foundation will provide a ticket for the student and the TSO will match that with a ticket for a companion.
