Barbara Gurwitz has created a new painting, “Bridge to the Symphony,” to commemorate the TSO’s 80th anniversary. Incorporating her signature techniques of a bright, colorful mountain village, the painting captures the buildings of the Tucson landmark, La Placita Village, and the bridge that connects the Village with the Tucson Music Hall where the TSO performs the Classic and TSO Pops! series programs. Signed posters of the painting are available for $40, unsigned are $25.
