What Is A Subscription?

Traditional subscribers value the best seats and fabulous customer service at the deepest discount. You have the option of buying a full subscription package (September through April) or a winter subscription package (January through April). In addition to these traditional subscription packages, Tucson Symphony Orchestra offers smaller packages allowing you to choose which shows you want to see and move between series with the Flex Pass and the Create Your Own subscriptions. You can save up to $184 with a subscription! A description of each type of subscription is provided below:

Classic and Winter Classic

Classic Series concerts at Tucson Music Hall feature the full orchestra, prominent guest artists, and often the TSO Chorus. See all eight of these spectacular performances, choose the Winter Series to see the final four, or pick a few as part of a Create Your Own package that you tailor just for you. Complimentary “Concert Comments” with the conductor and guest artist take place one hour before the performance and give insight into what you’re about to hear. Classic Seating Chart

SuperPops! and Winter SuperPops!

Dynamic entertainers from jazz, pop, and more play a variety of music with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra. You’ll come out of Tucson Music Hall singing, and with just six performances each season, you’ll want to see them all! See all the shows, choose the Winter Series to see the final three, or pick a few as part of a Create Your Own package that you tailor just for you. SuperPops! Seating Chart

MasterWorks and Winter MasterWorks

Our MasterWorks series brings you vibrant performances in an intimate setting. Our MasterWorks concerts are presented at two gorgeous venues: the Catalina Foothills High School on Saturday and Sunday, and St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Friday. Choose to attend all five concerts throughout the year, or choose the Winter package of 3 concerts. Each venue features plenty of free parking and is conveniently located for our Foothills and Oro Valley patrons. Complimentary “Concert Comments” with the conductor and guest artist take place one hour before the performance and give insight into what you’re about to hear. MasterWorks Seating Chart

Create Your Own

Go to the concerts you want to see when you want to see them. Pick four or more concerts from the Classic or SuperPops! series. You’ll have your seats assigned before single tickets go on sale, so you always get the best seats available. And there’s more! You also get free exchanges if your schedule changes, lost ticket replacement, and discounts on additional tickets.

Flex Pass

Buy now, choose later! When you aren’t sure what your life’s schedule is going to be, this is the best option for you. Your Flex Pass gives you six ticket vouchers at a discount that you can turn in for any Classic or SuperPops! performance. Use the vouchers in any combination you want; use one ticket voucher for each of six concerts, use all six vouchers for one concert, three vouchers for two concerts, or whatever combination you like. It’s completely up to you – as it should be!

Please contact the TSO House Manager immediately following the performance, or call the TSO Box Office at (520) 882-8585 during normal Box Office hours to check if an item was found by a TSO usher. Or call the Tucson Convention Center at (520) 791-4101.

Parking is available at all venues where the TSO performs. Parking is often limited at the Tucson Music Hall. Other parking lots are within walking distance of the Tucson Music Hall, and some are available free of charge. Please refer to the map to identify alternate parking lots. Passenger drop-off is located on the north side of the Tucson Music Hall (entrance from Granada using Calle Carlos Arruza). Parking is available at no cost for all performances taking place at the Catalina Foothills High School or St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church.

I’ve never been to the symphony before.
What should I know before I go?

  • Concert Courtesies: Please remember to turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices. If you need to be contacted during a performance, please inform the TSO House Manager.

  • Concert Dress: Wear what makes you feel comfortable.

  • Applause: In a multi-movement work, it is customary to wait until the end of the last movement to applaud, to not break the concentration of the performers or distract other concert-goers. When in doubt, follow the lead of the audience members around you.

  • Emergencies: If you must be notified of an emergency during a concert, please leave your seat location (as it appears on your ticket) and the Tucson Music Hall telephone number, (520) 791-4101, at your home or office. An usher will contact you if you receive an emergency message.

  • Late Arrival: Latecomers will be seated by the TSO ushers following the completion of the first work on the program or at another predetermined interval. No seating is allowed while the TSO is performing on stage.
