Obtaining Tickets

When will subscription tickets be mailed?
Typically, subscription tickets are mailed in mid-June. Subscription tickets purchased after the initial mailing will be sent as received.

When are individual tickets mailed?
Tickets for individual performances are normally mailed 48 hours after your ticket order is received. In the case of orders received 10 days before a concert, tickets will be available at the performance venue’s Will Call window one hour prior to the performance.

Can tickets be sent to a different address?
Yes, when you make your purchase be sure to specify the mailing address and the billing address. Many of our patrons have different addresses during the summer months, and we are happy to accommodate them.

When do tickets go on sale at each venue's box office?
All the box offices open one hour prior to performance.

Can tickets be held at Will Call?
Yes. All tickets ordered 10 days before a concert will automatically be held at the performance venue’s Will Call window. If placing a ticket order more than a week in advance, and you would like your tickets to be held at the Will Call window, be sure to tell the box office representative when you place your order.

Misplaced Tickets

Subscribers are guaranteed replacement ticket insurance. If you have any questions, please contact the TSO Box Office at (520) 882-8585.

Ticket Exchanges

What is the ticket exchange policy?

All Ticket exchanges must be done at least 48 hours prior to the performance and cannot be processed by phone or at the concert venue.
Mail or bring your tickets to the TSO Box Office. You may also fax a photocopy of your tickets, torn in half, to the TSO Box Office at (520) 882-2763. Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, as well as the new concert date you would like to attend. You may call the box office at (520) 882-8585. Have you tickets available when calling and be prepared to destroy them at the end of your phone call.

  • For Subscribers: This is one of the great benefits of purchasing a series subscription. Classics and TSO Pops! subscribers may exchange tickets for an alternate performance date of the same concert or for a different concert in your series. Exchanges are limited by venue and series purchased. While we do not charge exchange fees, upgrade fees may apply. Excludes Specials.
  • For Single Ticket Buyers: You may exchange tickets for an alternate performance for a charge of $5 per ticket as well as any applicable upgrade charges. There are no refunds on individual tickets. Specials tickets may not  be exchanged.

When can the series tickets be exchanged?
Beginning with Subscriber Courtesy Week, series tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the performance. Exchanges may be mailed out if ordered two weeks prior to the performance, or they can be held at the performance venue's Will Call window.

Discounts

Do you have group rates?

Do you have child or student ticket discounts?
Full-time students with a valid ID card or child in the first through twelfth grade will receive a 50% discount off individual ticket prices for select performances. "Student rush" tickets are $5 for select Classic, TSO Pops! MasterWorks performances and are available when the Box Office opens at the performance venue prior to each concert. Check our web site for availability. Does not apply to Concert Specials.
