Rules of the Road
•You need not be present at drawing to win.
•No more than 3,000 tickets will be sold.
•All additional prizes will be drawn before the Grand Prize ticket is drawn.
•After a ticket is drawn, that number is recorded and the ticket placed back in the raffle drum for all additional drawings, including for the Grand Prize.
•The TSO reserves the right to reject entry forms submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.”
•Defective entry forms will be disqualified by the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and those submitting such forms will be notified of their rejection as soon as possible.
•Raffle ticket purchasers must be 18 years old or older.
•TSO employees, their spouses and children are not eligible to win.
•There is no guarantee that the Grand Prize winner can sell their car for list price.
•The Tucson Symphony Orchestra complies with all IRS regulations pertaining to reporting of all winnings and tax withholding.
•The Grand Prize winner has the option of receiving one of the four Cadillac models offered (with the TSO paying Royal Cadillac the MSRP, plus additional features or options for the selected vehicle, up to and not to exceed $50,0000, excluding all related purchase fees and taxes) or $35,000 cash (paid by the TSO).
•If the Grand Prize winner elects to take the offered automobile, the Grand Prize winner assumes responsibility for all related purchase fees and taxes, as well as additional options or features beyond the $50,000 maximum to be paid by the TSO. If the vehicle is chosen and subsequently returned to Royal Cadillac, any amount in excess of $35,000 of the purchased vehicle price provided by the TSO up to the $50,000, will be refunded directly to the TSO.
•Value of the vehicle is based on the automobile manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) provided by manufacturer. If electing to take the automobile, the Grand Prize winner is required to remit Federal tax withholding to the Tucson Symphony Orchestra prior to delivery of vehicle (calculated at 28% of MSRP).
•Should the Grand Prize winner elect to take the automobile, but wish to obtain a different model from the dealership, the Grand Prize winner will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the purchase of the other model; if a vehicle with a lesser MSRP is selected, the TSO will pay the dealership for the cost of the automobile up to the $50,000, but will not reimburse the difference to the Grand Prize winner.
•Tax withholding will be made on all prizes valued at over $5,000.
•The Tucson Symphony Orchestra is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undelivered mail.
•THIS OFFER IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
•Per IRS regulations, raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible for Federal tax purposes.
